Job Description

  • Pitching vendors or suppliers and making comparisons with recaps and reports
  • Communicate with vendors or suppliers regarding payment terms (payment term)
  • Handling, reviewing and conducting cost-effectiveness and time analysis of vendors or suppliers on a regular basis
  • Ensuring the accuracy of the purchase is in accordance with the requirements and specifications
  • Manage bookings and negotiate
  • Perform administrative processes
  • Provide periodic updates to internal or related divisions

Specification

  • Bachelor Degree on D3/S1 Pharmacist
  • Have good communication, interpersonal skills
  • Ability to negotiate and effectiveness in purchasing management
  • Operate computers and software such as; Email, Browsing and Ms. office
  • Easy to coordinate, have high commitment and motivation
  • Client oriented and able to adapt quickly
